- Yes. A van seats up to 13 passengers and a mini bus up to 34. Choose Hourly / As Directed so the vehicle stays with your group; the minimum is four hours for a van and five for a mini bus, and both are quoted by our team.
- What happens if my flight into Nashville is delayed?

- Can I see the price before I book?

- How far in advance should I book?

- How do I change or cancel a booking?
- Through My Trips, by replying to your confirmation email, or by calling us. Changes and cancellations need at least 24 hours notice before pickup, and a later cancellation may be billed the full fare.
- Can I book my return trip at the same time?
- Yes. Add a return trip on the first step of the booking and both rides are saved together under one reservation.
