The airport sits just a few miles from the Strip, but arriving during a major convention, when thousands of attendees land on the same day, is another matter. Add your airline and flight number when you book and we verify the flight against your airport and travel date, then monitor the arrival so your pickup follows the actual landing time. Airport pickups include a 45 minute grace period for domestic flights and 75 minutes for international arrivals before any waiting time applies. - Can you move a convention group between hotels and the convention center?
- Yes. Vans, mini buses, and motor coaches are quoted by our team for conference and event groups. Tell us your schedule and the size of the group when you request the ride.
- What happens if my flight into Las Vegas is delayed?
- We monitor arrivals, so your pickup follows your flight's actual landing time. Airport pickups include a 45 minute grace period for domestic flights and 75 minutes for international arrivals before any waiting time applies.
- Can I see the price before I book?
- Sign in and enter your trip on the booking page. For a sedan or SUV the fare appears before you confirm whenever the route can be priced instantly. Anything else, including vans, mini buses, and motor coaches, is quoted individually by our team.
- Can I keep a car for the evening?
- Yes. Choose Hourly / As Directed and your chauffeur stays with you from dinner to the show and beyond, starting at three hours for a sedan or SUV.
- How far in advance should I book?
- Online bookings must be made at least 12 hours before pickup. For anything sooner, contact MUVEH directly at (929) 797-0405 or hello@muveh.com.
- How do I change or cancel a booking?
- Through My Trips, by replying to your confirmation email, or by calling us. Changes and cancellations need at least 24 hours notice before pickup, and a later cancellation may be billed the full fare.
