Arriving at LAX
Add your airline and flight number when you book. We verify the flight against LAX and your travel date, then monitor the arrival so your chauffeur is ready when you actually land, early or late. Domestic arrivals include a 45 minute grace period and international arrivals 75 minutes, which leaves time for passport control, customs, and baggage before any waiting time applies.
You decide where to meet: curbside, at baggage claim, or at the customs exit after an international flight into the Tom Bradley International Terminal or any other. Meet and Greet is available on every LAX pickup, and once your chauffeur is assigned you receive their name, phone number, and the vehicle's plate.
Departing from LAX
The roads around LAX are some of the busiest in the city, and the 405, the 105, and the loop into the terminals can add real time at peak hours. Choose a pickup time with room to spare and your chauffeur takes care of the rest, from your door to the right terminal for your airline.

- What if my flight into LAX lands early or late?
